The performance impact is pretty negligible, especially when compared to other graphics mods which can severely reduce FPS in games. The mod definitely brings out a lot more of the hidden details of the game – you can really clearly see each individual nock and mark on Takkar's weapons and the detailing becomes much more textured and defined. The colours provided by the mod make the base game feel really washed out when tested against Far Cry Primal with the GD graphics mod switched on particularly features such as water which looked gorgeous with the GD enhancement active.Įven things like the hairs on Takkar's arms stood out with more detail whereas I hadn't even noticed they were there before.
